… I still don’t know why I never got a call back.

Face down; this is where it leads you - too far.
Buried covered now, you’ll find peace - in the earth aground.
Stop now, there’s no point in breathing - it’s not allowed.
On the surface, how can you find - reason to move on?
Until then you can runaway.
Do you best to hide your face.
And oh I know you best;
I know you get what you get - you get what you deserve.
Hush now, yeah don’t say a word - its out in the open,
And tell me how can you deal with all this wait?
Speak now, you must have a secret kept down,
Down where you can keep it - I need you to spill your guts.
Death Cab for Cutie
I hope you get a kick out of this but the newest CD (Plans) by Death Cab for Cutie was named after a joke.
Q. “How do you make God laugh?”
A. “Make plans.”

SATURDAY NIGHT MUSIC CLUB #30
GUEST: THE BUTCHER
Sigur Ros - Gobbledigook
Hey yall, it’s me, the Butcher. If I had my pick, I’d want everyone to know this song. For their own good, really. As a fan of Sigur Ros’s prior works, it’s a wonderful suprise hearing a song as up tempo and happenin’ as this one from them. The whole record is awesome, really. The time signature is such an important part of this full-time groove. I believe he’s even singing different words this time, opposed to the usual “You size ulowww”… nevermind. Listen a few times, because it’s better that way.

listen to these bands
Cartel - you may know them from the Mtv show “Band in a Bubble” Mayday Parade Motion City Soundtrack Something Corporate Jacks Mannequin The Academy Is… The Rocket Summer The All American Rejects We The Kings Action Action Just listen to them. I mean if you are all into the pop music like Britney Spears and Miley Cyrus (YUCK) then you would hate this little list of magic above. But overall the sounds are amazing, vocals…lets just say they are hot and talented, and all of their lyrics are meaningful not like any of the oh so cliche lines that you hear all day on the radio. If you have good taste you’d like the list above.
